THE PHENOMENAL WOMAN HAS LEFT US

Maya Angelou died earlier today. I am sad, but she was 86 years old and lived a life full of hardships and honors.

    1. This isn't a loss that I'll forget about in a couple of days. I'm sure I'll talk about her for the rest of my life.

  3. Hi Janie,

Such a phenomenal lady. She will be missed but never forgotten. She was one of the main stories on the news in Britain.

Have a peaceful day, my new friend. Glad to have made your acquaintance and my mug is now linked into your site.

    Gary :)

    1. She is immortal because of her books and film appearances.

    1. Hair people are helpful that way. Sam, who cares for my golden tresses, always explains "young people" things to me, like YOLO. I had no idea what it meant, and I quite often forget to Google such things.
