FRANKLIN FRIDAY: WE GOTS SNEEZE IN YOUR TISSUES

Hi! Hi! HiHiHiHi. It's me me me me, Franklin the Bordernese. How's every buddy? A bad man has to leave the house that's white. Two dogs are moving in. They are named Champ Biden and Major Biden.

Maybe I'll get to meet Champ and Major. They look nice. So do their mom and dad. My whole name is Franklin Frederick Goltz. Sometimes Mom calls me Frank Fred for short.

We been having some problems around here. The Bad Thing happened. Me and Penlapee were scared. I look like this when I'm not happy:

Penlapee looks like this:

It's good that the pitchers of us look fuzzy. We feel all fuzzy and strange.

I heard Mom tell some buddy that since The Bad Thing happened we've got sneeze in your tissues. I don't understand. We sneeze sometimes, but we don't gots Kleenex or Puffs.

Oh. Wait a minute.

Mom says it's not sneeze in your tissues. It's behavioral issues.

I think that means going potty in the living room. Penlapee potties there every time she's scared. This is kinda embarrassing, but I think I pottied in the living room, too.

Mom doesn't get mad at us. She understands we're scared. I also heard her say I helped save her from The Bad Thing. I dunno what she's talking about. All I did was ask for my supper.

Mom makes little noises a lot. It means something hurts. We run to her when we hear her noises.

We're all kinda tired. We sleep lots, but yesterday Mom sat outside for a while to read her book. We helped by staying close to Mom.

Love is what we're all about.

It's almost bedtime. That's fine with me.

Mom says we'll forget about The Bad Thing after a while.

I hope so. Treats help.

Okay. I love you. Bye-bye.

Ps.i watched Born Yesterday lady night and LOVED IT....although Judy Holidays voice in it got on my nerves after some time...but then loved it. The way she and Broderick would shout at each other from different rooms reminded me of living with my parent when young LOL!!!!!

  10. Hi Franklin! This is Zoey. You are a good dog for protecting your Mom Mom. I protect mine too...and my dad...and those two orange fluffy things that are always in my way. There is this man that drives a big brown truck and he comes to the house almost every day. I protect them all from him mostly. I can't wait until inDOGuration day! Say hi to Penelope for me.

  17. German Shepherds are my favorite dog breed.

Our dogs pick up on our vibes and I am glad they are with you. I could never NOT have a dog or a cat. My cat does the same thing as the dog. They are such beautiful creatures and gifts from God - why would anyone NOT have a dog or cat or both?

Stay well and Thanks Franklin for your update.

  20. Love helps everything, Franklin. I'm sorry that you and Penelope are having a hard time because of The Bad Thing. I know your mom understands the Oopsies. Champ and Major are beautiful dogs. I love German shepherds. Actually I haven't met a dog I didn't like. I was at my periodontist on Wednesday. His 2 1/2-month-old puppy Newman is becoming socialized by spending his days at the office. I thought Newman was a baby boxer, but actually he is a baby bull mastiff. He's going to grow a whole lot, so maybe Dr. G. is socializing we patients. All I know is that dogs are wonderful, and I love patting and visiting with Newman before Dr. G. sticks needles in me and does other definitely-no-fun things. Love is the best thing you can give Mom Mom right now ~ Save some for you too, Pretty Boy!
