MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER

Gentle Readers . . . and Maxwell,

Every year I have my Christmas shopping finished before Cyber Monday because I use Black Friday to shop online at home. No way will I go out to those crowded stores and stand in line to buy the same stuff everybody else gets when I can shop at cool sites such as Michele's Accent Gem Designs.

Michele's designs are unique and beautiful. She'll gift wrap your purchases and ship them to multiple addresses in the U.S.

She has gemstone pendants in sterling silver, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and jewelry sets. All beaded bracelets and earrings are handcrafted by Michele with fabulous natural gemstones. Each purchase includes an information sheet detailing the healing and metaphysical properties of the gemstones. These are great gifts for friends and relatives, or get something for yourself. Guys, the ladies in your life will love Michele's designs.

Michele currently offers a price break, too, to all you fortunate friends of Janie Junebug (moi). You can have 15% off your purchase when you enter the coupon code word JUNEBUG.

Michele and I also have a Rafflecopter you can use to enter The Great Thanksgiving Accent Gem Designs Giveaway. *Please note: Giveaway is open to U.S. residents only.

Here is the bracelet and earrings set that Michele is so generously giving to a Rafflecopter winner:

We're also giving away a $15 credit to use for a purchase at Accent Gem Designs, and three books I edited--all written by bloggers.

The books are

Now, here's the Rafflecopter that you U.S. residents can use to try to win a prize, but I heartily recommend shopping at Accent Gem Designs while you wait for the Rafflecopter to end on December 1st.

    1. I hope this gives your book some exposure. You worked hard on it, and you deserve to have readers.

  2. I agree with you shopping online and buying unique gifts is the way to go. But there might be a few gift cards under the tree this year just cuz I'm a bit lazy.

    1. I don't see anything wrong with gift cards. I don't always know what to give people, so let them pick out what they want. You can also give them credit at Accent Gem Designs.

  4. Mrs. Penwasser starts her Christmas shopping in July.
I start my Christmas shopping on December 24th.
Usually at CVS. Or the gas station.
    I suspect I may be a procrastinator.

    1. I suspect you might be seen as thoughtless and uncaring. I remember the years the ex-husband didn't have a gift for me, so he'd run out to a drug store and get a cheap bottle of perfume for me. Be good to Mrs. Penwusser, Al. I bet she's good to you.

  5. This is an amazing giveaway! I'm not fond of shopping on the day after Thanksgiving, either, and I won't be found out with those who are! xo Nellie

    1. Thanks! I'm still reading your book. I might have to take a break from editing and blogging so I can get all the way through a book.

    1. I think someone is jealous of my organizational skills--that are really a result of OCD.

  11. Hey Janie,

Finally, yes finally, I have arrived with one of my um, highly collectable comments...

Nice, sparkly giveaway! I have taken the liberty to share this post.

Black Friday started last year over here in the UK. Yes, those who brave the shops can get into a mass brawl as they fight over some bit of technology they don't really need.

Oh, do you have a Thanksgiving in America? Thought it was only in Canada, eh. I'm kidding :) Have a peaceful Thanksgiving, Janie Junebug.

  12. We draw names and do the secret santa thing. That is usually the big gift. I also will buy one small gift for our immediate family of 6. I make dinner and cookies and goodies and that is my gift to everyone.
