I've stopped for ducks and geese this spring/summer. In fact, around here the traffic generally is stopped in both directions while we figure out which way they will wind up going.
Awwwww
ReplyDeleteI am always amazed - and encouraged - how people will go to great lengths to help families of ducks across busy roads.
ReplyDeleteReminds me of the children’s book by Robert McCloskey, I believe was his name.
ReplyDeleteSo cute!
ReplyDeleteOMG!!!!! I love how they all here and there shake their tail feathers, and mama bring up the rear.
ReplyDeleteAww. Super cute.
ReplyDeleteReally cute video! Ducklings are so precious.
ReplyDeleteOh so cute!! :)
ReplyDeleteI love that story. Have you seen the sculpture in Boston Public Gardens?
ReplyDeleteNo! I didn't know about the sculture.
DeleteShe kind of reminds of the way my mom would herd her kids whenever we went out.
ReplyDeleteOh it is cute to see them crossing the road in a line.
ReplyDeleteI love the way they walk in a line behind Mama. They're growing so fast.
DeleteOh my gosh, how precious!
ReplyDeleteYou can tell that mother duckling is very wary of you following her and her young 'uns!
ReplyDeleteOh, yes. I think it's interesting that they run up to me as if they want to say hello, but Mama doesn't like it when I pay too much attention to them.
DeleteSo sweet.
ReplyDeleteAdorable! Soooo many babies for one mama to look after. I only had two (with quite a few years apart) and that was work enough!
ReplyDeleteOh so cute

ReplyDeleteI always brake for ducklings. Geese, not so much (although I've never run over one).
ReplyDeleteSweet! ♥

ReplyDeleteI would make way for these little ones every time. In fact, DH is part of a rescue group that takes care of fellows just like them.
ReplyDeleteThey are so adorable!!
