HERMINE IS HERE
Hey, Gang, I'm behind on Battle of the Bands voting. I'll get around to everyone as soon as I can. Internet comes and goes, but we're fine. Infinities of love, Janie Junebug
I hope things are OK in your area. Our kids lost their power, but other than that, all is well. (If you consider the absence of air conditioning in the state of Florida to be a reasonable example of being "well," that is.)
We're fine. It's not a good time to be without AC (not that there is a good time). It's very humid and uncomfortable, though it's a little cooler here.
We have power. Only lost it for about thirty seconds. It's only seventy-five degrees at 9:32 a.m. Very cool for us. I thought Pen would never learn to bark.

ReplyDeleteHave a super weekend.

The same to you!
DeleteBe careful, Janie! Stay dry and keep outta the way of the storm.
ReplyDeleteThe rain has stopped. We're fine. Thanks!
DeleteGlad to hear you are okay. Hope your AC comes back on. It's miserable but I always worry that the dogs will get heat stroke...
ReplyDeleteStay cool...

PS: Read that Penelope has finally barked! That's exciting... Cute post

ReplyDeleteAll is well, Rita Pita Pan. It's not supposed to rain again until late afternoon. I think Franklin and I will get out for a walk this morning.
DeleteFlorida is too hot & muggy for me even when Hermine isn't around!!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to know you didn't suffer too much because of the hurricane, Janie. Have a good weekend.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you're fine. Take care.
ReplyDeleteIt is a relief to know that you are all right! Yay! xo Nellie
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you are ok and that everyone is safe. I hope you get your power soon and that there was not too much damage done where you live
