BRANDON ALERTS US TO AN ERROR

Eleanor . . . and Franklin,

Our dear friend and client Brandon Ax has alerted us to an error made with dowloads of his first two books:

http://baxwriting.blogspot.com/2015/04/well-this-sucks.html

Recently, people who ordered the Kindle edition of Elemental, his first book, instead received Ashes.

Elemental is now available on Amazon for updating, in case you purchased it and received Ashes instead. Poor Brandon doesn't know what went wrong, and is having difficulty getting answers from the mighty Amazon.

Infinities of love,

Janie Junebug

  1. Hi Janie - what a nuisance for poor Brandon ... I'm sure he'll get it sorted. Cheers Hilary

  2. Mistakes happen. I"m sure both novels are good reads.

  3. So aggravating to have things go haywire with technology! Good to see you online, Janie.

  4. At least it wasn't one of those cases where (read in a local news guy voice), "they gathered the kindergarten to watch Frozen, but instead what was on the screen was hardcore pornography." Good luck to all on a swift and satisfactory resolution.

    1. I don't think they've ever sent me the wrong item. Once I ordered something from Victoria's Secret and they sent me this weird gray shirt with beads all over the front. I called. The rep said to use the prepaid label to send it back and they'd have the correct item in the mail that day. I received what I ordered. I was too lazy to send back the ugly gray top. No one ever said anything. It's hanging in my closet. Do you want an ugly gray top, or shall I give it to Goodwill?

    1. It's okay now. People who got the wrong book can get what they wanted.
