Dear Janie, I've voted. There was a long line and I heard one of the judges at the polling place say that the line there at 11 was shorter than it had been since the polls opened at 6 am here in Missouri.
Of course, most of the people there may have been voting for the candidates who are not getting my votes. But I so believe that voting is a privilege and I always hope that everyone--all 100% of the eligible voters--will cast their ballots and choose the candidates who call them to be their best selves. Peace.
For country. You're patriotic indeed.
ReplyDeleteI can't, I don't live where you do.
ReplyDeleteHere in Oregon we vote by mail and I dropped off my ballot in the mailbox last week. I'll be glad when this is over.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely!!

I did! It was nice to see the polls so busy!
ReplyDeleteThe news are rolling. I've turned on the tv.
ReplyDeleteI love that graphic. I voted. In and out in 15 minutes... including hitting the bake sale table. :)
